With the good summer weather comes lots of opportunities to do work on the exterior of your house and garden, but let’s not forget the tasks that demand some attention on the inside as well. Here is a list of things that are on my Honey Do List:

  1. Sand, paint/stain deck
  2. Paint front porch
  3. Clean gutters
  4. Power wash exterior of house
  5. Build walkway out of back door
  6. Fill potholes in driveway
  7. Help me paint downstairs bathroom
  8. Clean out shed
  9. Organize workshop/basement
  10. Haul large debris/junk to landfill

    I need my husband to:
    1. finish the crown moulding in our master bedroom and dining room.
    2. install smoke detectors in all our rooms
    3. clean out the garage
    4. trim trees in backyard

    I’m sure there are a million more!

    When my husband sees that I’ve added yet another thing to his Honey-Do List he just rolls his eyes. It’s not that I ask for that much. Here’s an example:
    1. Pull out over to clean under and behind.
    2. Put together kid’s table we got them for christmas.
    3. Hang up my new birdhouse and fil it with seed.
    4. Clean Cellar
    5. Weedwack around house and flower gardens.

    Oddly enough, it is more like a “I need to do” list because my honey does a lot.
    1. Clean out closets
    2. Repair posts in front of house
    3. CLEAN OUT SHED
