Back to School

August is almost here with its promise of adjusted bedtime routines and hectic morning routines, schoolbooks and school supply shopping. The start of a new year – the school year – is just around he corner. We are fortunate to get a wake up call from the lazy days of summer before the busyness of the holiday season and the new calendar year.

School supply shopping is one of the first steps to being ready for school.  This year, members of ListPlanIt.com can create a School Supply Shopping List for up to 3 children right in their account.  Next time you are out at Target or Staples or the Apple store, pull out your smartphone or tablet, log in to your account at ListPlanIt, and start checking things off your list.  For those who prefer paper, ListPlanIt still has plenty of downloads, including our School Supply Shopping List in PDF (below).

Inspiration from the Blog:

Back to School Supply Stock-Up – Back to School will be here before we know it. A lot of rushing around and headaches can be saved if we’ll take the time to think about what our child(ren) might need next year and begin to collect supplies so they are ready for their first day.

Things to Do Before the End of Summer – Once July is over, August brings thoughts of school supplies and new school clothes. We will begin to think more about the season to come and less about enjoying what is left of the current season. There’s still time to make the most of summer.
