		<description>In this moving e-planner I would love to have nieghborhood sheet for comparison, good point and bad points and a school comparison, and what the new place your moving has for advantages in moving ( for example #6 place by Forbes magazine to raise family, low crime rate, best education resources, colleges, medical facilities and church info)  instead of like mane,  having it written on various papers to keep in order.  Also real estate agents, pro&#039;s and cons and things buyers to need to be aware of before buying or selling (you can find just brief notations to consider before signing on dotted line on any realtor site)  and things to consider in hiring an agent, since that is the most important thing you will do, and comparing ammentities from neighborhoods as with me will determine, along with schools the location where I will move.  Then just have a place to make note:</description>
