Where can I find Sample Lists?
ListPlanIt has a Sample Lists page where you can view the lists and print the ones you want (as a Print Member would) and we also have a Sample ePlanner that will download to your computer and you can type on the pages (as a Download Member would).
How do I become a member?
Find the Join Now button in the right hand sidebar and click the “read more” link or in the above navigation bar in bright orange. Visit any of the categories of lists and find the Join Now button. Or click here for more information.
How do members get access to the lists and planning pages?
Once you become a member, you will just need to login with your unique username and password. Find the Login box in the right hand sidebar.
Why can’t I see the lists?
Members to ListPlanIt.com set up a unique password to gain access to the lists and planning pages. To become a member, click here.
What are the preferred methods of payment?
We accept all major credit cards through our payment processor Paypal. A Paypal account is not necessary to be able to pay by credit card.
Will you keep charging me, even after my membership has expired?
You will not be charged again unless you take the necessary steps to renew yourself. Our hope is that you will have enjoyed your membership to ListPlanIt so much, that you will want to renew.
How do I use these lists?
Members find all types of creative ways to use the pages at ListPlanIt. Some may want to punch holes in some and store in a handy binder. Some may find it more convenient to hang them in a prominent place in the home or office such as a refrigerator or message center. One of my favorite ways to use ListPlanIt‘s lists is to use a clipboard.
Can I type into the lists?
The Download-level Membership gives you the ability to download the pages you want in a pdf format, type right into them, and store them to your computer.
What is a brain dump?
My friend, Laura at OrgJunkie.com, gave her favorite benefit of a membership to ListPlanIt as the ability to have a place for a “brain dump”. With so many details to work and family life, it is a relief to be able to have a place to dump them and be secure in the knowledge that those details are stored in a safe and accessible place.
Will I get a bunch of emails if I become a member?
The only emails you will receive are the ones you opt-in to. You may receive an email occasionally (once a year or so) about advancements or changes to the service, but we respect your privacy and the need to have an uncomplicated inbox.
How do I change my password?
As long as you are a member, find the Customer Login box in the right hand sidebar. Click on membership details. You’ll be taken to your profile page where you can scroll down to the bottom to choose a new password.
What if I am unsatisfied with the lists?
We feel confident that ListPlanIt has so much to offer, but if you find that you have not found what you are looking for, then we don’t want to keep your money. See here for our Risk-Free Guarantee.
How do I cancel my membership?
Simply visit our contact us page and fill out the contact form stating that you would like to cancel your membership. You will be notified within 24 hours of your accounts cancellation.
