This week, we’ll be focusing on food when planning for summer entertaining.  Whether you are inviting over a neighbor or the neighborhood, having some delicious dishes is always the first step to a successful get-together.  Appetizers, hors d’oeuvres, finger foods, starters, or whatever you call them in your neck of the woods are a great way to allow guests to ease into conversations and get the party started before the main event.  During the summertime, there are so many more choices for fresh foods.  Just about anything straight out of the garden would be an excellent start.  However, for a little more flair, here are some recipes that might add to your next summer barbecue, potluck, or party.
