Though it becomes increasingly difficult to round up your children when they get a little older and have started to become involved in so many activities outside of the house, it is still important that they see that living in a family is like being on a team. Everyone works together. Everyone contributes. By making chores a regular part of everyday or every weekend, a child will know what to expect and what is expected of him or her. - Make bed/Clean room
- Wash & dry clothes
- Fold & put away clothes
- Clean the bathroom
- Take out the trash
- Prepare salads, simple meals, or desserts
- Wash the dishes
- Mow lawn/Rake leaves
- Help wash cars
- Vacuum/Sweep
