    • You can write and gab all at the same time.
    • Gather together with cards, pens, address lists and stamps and get to work.
    • Then save a few stamps by passing out your cards to friends in the room.
  • Cookie Exchange
    • Have ever guest bring 3-6 dozen cookies and the recipe.
    • Send everyone home with a container full of assorted holiday cookies.
  • Caroling Party

    • Request that everyone comes with a decoration.
    • Provide the walls and roves (graham crackers to make it easy) and let your guests create their own gingerbread house.
  • Christmas Wreath Making Party
    • Come up with a creative DIY Christmas wreath and invite your guest to craft together so everyone can make their own.
  • Holiday Lights Party
    • Invite the whole neighborhood to designate one day and time frame to put up their Christmas lights.
    • Organize a potluck, then take a walk around your newly lit neighborhood once it gets dark.
  • Holiday School Party
    • Have your school PTA organize a holiday party at school on a Saturday afternoon in December.
    • The kids could read holiday books, do holiday crafts, or even watch a holiday movie.

    • The school could raise money during this event by having a donation jar.
  • Holiday Tea Party
    • Provide assorted tea, cookies and tea sandwiches….fancy dress required!

    • Have a great sledding hill or a rink in your yard.
    • Invite over some friends, get sledding or skating, make some hot chocolate and you have an instant party.
  • Gift-Wrapping Party

    • Have all guests bring scissors, tape and a roll of wrapping paper or two (plus their gifts).
