This is a hard one. It is like asking a mother who her favorite child is. These are the pages that I print most frequently, tote around with me in my binder, or hang on my refrigerator. If you have never made some of these and would like some help with them, please feel free to contact me. I would love to give you some guidance on list-making and list-using.
- Daily Planner – With this page, I can plan out my day from start to finish. I can keep track of my to dos and jot down meals for the day.
- Weekly Planner – I also need to see what is on the agenda for a week at a time. It helps me to keep perspective on what to expect.
- Menu Planner – I use a page per month but plan out menus only at the beginning and middle of the month.
- Grocery list – I make a grocery list every pay period (twice monthly). I just use my Menu Planner to figure out exactly what ingredients I need at the store.
- Blog Post Planner – This page lets me plan out several posts on one page so I can keep track of my ideas.
- Bank/Credit Card Info – I often make purchases online and keep both my personal and business card information all on one page.
- Friend Contact Info – I keep all of my children’s friends’ names, parents names, phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses on this page.
- Gift List – I buy presents for family members all throughout the year for both birthdays and Christmas. I never buy a gift without writing it down so that I know exactly what I have and what I need.
- Cleaning List – Hmm, hmm. I tend to use my cleaning list as a guide and not a contract.
- Clothing Inventory Lists – I keep track of what my children have already and what they need still. This way I don’t overbuy even though I am faced with a tremendous sale.

My favorite list is the Weekly Planner. I typed in my kids' school schedule (drop off and pick up times), when I am volunteering in their classrooms, my evening meetings (MOPS, etc.) ....and then I printed 40 copies for the entire school year! I keep them all in a folder under my bathroom sink and tape a new one to my bathroom mirror each week. Do I sound a little crazy? I am giddy just thinking of the organization of of it all! :-)
I love the cleaning list as a guide and not a contract! Your lists are great...they're my favorite at the moment!
My favorite lists are the ones that are all written over and crossed out! I have SOOOOO much to do around here that I am not even making a list because I don't want to see it... of course, if I had fun things to do I would be gladly jotting away!
Sweet! I love that you have lists and plans for ALL the important stuff in your life! Thanks for the great ideas!
