As this was a birthday week in my house, I did a lot of gift-wrapping. Most things I had, but there were a few things I realized I needed to replenish. With the holidays drawing near, now is the time to start to stock up on the gift-wrapping supplies. Here are the items that every gift-wrap station should contain:
- Variety of wrapping paper – girl/boy birthday, wedding, baby, Christmas (or your winter holiday)
- Gift bags – same as above for variety, and different sizes
- Tissue paper – white will go with everything
- Gift boxes – collapsible for easy storage
- Curling ribbon
- Bows
- Scissors
- Tape
- Paper cutting tool – I love the slim little one from scotch 3M
- Labels, Gift Tags, and Gift cards

Great list.
Comics, maps, and fabric pieces work great for wrapping gifts too.
How about keeping some actual gifts on hand too? Sometimes it's a last minute invitation, or you ran out of time, or you just plain forgot. Over time you could build up a stash of gifts such as picture frames, gift cards, puzzles, etc.
Great list! Every time I go to wrap a gift, I'm out of tissue paper!
Great list! I love to keep a large variety of tissue paper
on hand. Sometimes small items look their best in tissue paper, and you can use 2 or 3 colors and prints for larger ones.
I love this! I like keeping silver, white, and black wrapping paper on hand in bulk... Then I can get creative with the ribbons. Plus, I'm never out of a specific style, like 'girl birthday'! Also, I send a lot of cards, so I keep them close to!
